PAYMENT
Payment in full is required with each application. Applications should be submitted by no later than Friday, July 20, 2018.

* Three (3) Day exhibition period (Tuesday, August 1st - Thursday, August 3rd)

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION / HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Registration for conference sessions and special events is the responsibility of the exhibitor/vendor. Hotel reservation information and conference registration forms are available online at www.blackmuseums.org

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
Cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after July 6. Please know that space is limited.

PAYMENT

Payment in full is required with each application. Applications should be submitted by no later than July 3, 2015.
