GOAL

The Pre-Conference Preservation Leadership Training Intensive is a professional development opportunity for up to 30 selected participants. The training will be led by staff from divisions across the NTHP, as well as other experts in the field. Participants will learn about preservation business planning and strategies for preserving buildings, landscapes, and collections. You’ll also learn how to create a strategic plan, focusing on fundraising and advocacy, to strengthen your preservation projects and nonprofit organizations. This workshop offers a unique training opportunity to equip participants with preservation- related knowledge, skills, and tools to apply directly to their day-to-day work.
