2026 AAAM CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

The Association of African American Museums is excited that you will be joining us for our 48th Annual Conference, in Philadelphia, PA. 

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

  • Full access to daily Concurrent Sessions 
  • Continental Breakfasts 
  • Two (2) Luncheons
  • Sponsored Snack breaks 
  • Three (3) Evening Receptions 
  • Pre- and Post-Conference events require additional ticket purchases.
  • Additional tickets to luncheons or evening receptions should only be requested if the registrant is bringing a guest (child, spouse, etc.). 

All conference sessions will be held at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel - 1200 Market St, Philadelphia, PA 19107 unless otherwise noted.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS


ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING EITHER VIA E-MAIL TO INFO@BLACKMUSEUMS.ORG

CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER APRIL 15, 2026 WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 50% CANCELLATION FEE. 

NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER JUNE 1, 2026.
