PAYMENT
Payment in full is required with each application. Applications should be submitted by no later than Saturday, July 1, 2017.

* One (1) Table (covered and skirted)
* Two (2) Chairs
* Three (3) Day exhibition period (Tuesday, August 1st - Thursday, August 3rd)
* Complimentary patron listing in conference program book index
* 10% discount on conference program book advertisement

Larger ad spaces are available at an additional cost. 

Ads must be received by July 1 for inclusion in the booklet.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION / HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Registration for conference sessions and special events is the responsibility of the exhibitor/vendor. Hotel reservation information and conference registration forms are available online at www.blackmuseums.org

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
Cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after July 3. Please know that space is limited.
